激光光凝联合药物治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究

Clinical research of laser photocoagulation and medication for diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨激光光凝联合药物治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效及分析。方法选择128例非增殖期的糖尿病视网膜病变患者,并随机分为对照组和研究组两组,对照组64例(82只眼),给予激光光凝治疗;研究组64例(90只眼),在进行激光光凝治疗后给予羟苯磺酸钙,0.5g/次,3次/d,口服,复方血栓通胶囊,1.5g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗后3个月观察两组的视力及眼底变化情况。结果治疗后两组在视力总体有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),研究组明显优于对照组;两组眼底视网膜改善情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组明显优于对照组。结论激光光凝联合药物治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,可以明显恢复患者视力,缩短病程,疗效显著。

Objective To observe Clinical effect of laser photocoagulation and medication for diabetic retinopathy.Methods 128 patients（ 172 eyes） who suffer nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy are randomly divided into two groups： control group（ 64 patients） and research group（ 64 patients）. These patients（ 82 eyes） in control group receive only laser photocoagulation. These patients in research group（ 90 eyes） receive laser photocoagulation and medication.The medication include not only calcium dobesilate capsules which is taken orally,0. 5g every time,tid,but also compound xueshuantong capsule which is taken orally,1. 5g every time,tid. Some parameters including vision and eyeground were analysised in 3months after treatment. Results Vision recovery of research group is better than control group. The difference between the two groups shows statistical significance. Eyeground recovery of research group is better than control group. The difference between the two groups shows statistical significance. Conclusion Laser photocoagulation and medication not only improve vision recovery of patient suffered diabetic retinopathy,but also shorten period of treatment.
