摘要
目的比较糖尿病患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开放手性胆囊切除术的临床疗效。方法 2007年12月至2013年9月收治需行胆囊切除术的糖尿病患者357例,根据患者意愿和临床症状分为开放手术组(对照组)127例,腹腔镜手术组(观察组)230例,并对两组患者术后结果进行比较。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症的发生率均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术用在糖尿病患者身上是安全有效的。
Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic and open surgers of cholecystectomy in diabetes patients. Methods From Dec. 2007 to Sep. 2013 of 357 patients with diabetes,according to patients with clinical symptoms will and divided into open scores 127 patients（ control group）,laparoscopic scores（ the observation group） 230 cases,two groups of patients postoperative results are compared. Results The observation group operation time,peri- operative bleeding,length of hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications were better than those the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with diabetes is safe and effective.
