摘要
针对钢丝热镀锌的生产工艺要求,提出利用西门子PLC和触摸屏对钢丝热镀锌的生产工艺进行全集成自动化改造,实现对退火炉和镀锌炉的温度控制和氧气含量检测,收线机组的速度及计米统计控制,并利用触摸屏和上位机Win CC组态实现人机交互控制。实践证明该系统运行稳定,能够保证控制系统正常运行。
This paper aims at gaIvanized steeI wire production process requirements,proposed use the Siemens PLCs and the touch screen to improve the production process by TotaI y Integrated Automation transformation,and to achieve temper-ature controI of anneaIing and gaIvanizing furnace and Oxygen content detection,speed and meter statisticaI controI of coiIer machines,and using the touch screen and PC configuration WINCC to achieve human-computer interaction controI.Practice has proved that the system can run stabIy and safeIy.
