摘要
常规氧-乙炔烧蚀仪存在控制精度低、操作繁琐等问题,重点对其控制系统进行了研制,改进后的烧蚀仪实现了氧气和乙炔的恒流控制,精确地控制气体的给定量,使得火焰热流密度更加均衡;试样与喷枪中心的精准定位大幅提高,两者中心偏差不超过0.5mm;多工位的设计有效提高了工作效率和实验数据的准确一致性;控制系统的成功研制实现了烧蚀仪的自动化控制,显著提高了其工作的可靠性、准确性和安全性。
There are probIems such as Iow controI accuracy and compIexoperation of conventionaI oxyacetyIene abIation in-strument,which controI system is deveIoped importantIy,the instrument reaIizes the constant current controI of oxygen and acetyIene,Quantitative to preciseIy controI the gas,so the fIame heat fIux density and the test procedure are more stabIe.The position of sampIe and the spray gun center is improved dramaticaI y,the center deviation of sampIe and the spray gun is not more than 0.5mm.The design of muIti station effectiveIy improved the work efficiency and the accuracy of experimentaI data.
