广州及杭州6种嗜尸性蝇类生长发育规律的观察分析 被引量:1

The observation and analysis of the growth and development rules of six species of necrophagous flies in Hangzhou and Guangzhou

摘要 目的观察杭州和广州两地常见嗜尸性蝇类发育历期,为法医学应用昆虫学知识推断死亡时间提供基础数据。方法于杭州和广州两个地区,采集丝光绿蝇(Lucilia sericata Meigen)、大头金蝇(Chrysomyia megacephala Fabrious)、绯颜裸金蝇(Achoetandrus rufifacies Macquart)、棕尾别麻蝇(Boettcherisca peregrina Robinean-Desvoidy)、家蝇(Musca domestica Linnaeus)和巨尾阿丽蝇(Aldrichina grahami Aldrichnia)共6种常见蝇种的卵,采用不同温度下恒温饲养及密集取样方法,观察分析6种常见蝇种的发育历期时间。结果广州地区观察的丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇和绯颜裸金蝇,总体上在低温下发育历期较长,高温下较短,其中大头金蝇和绯颜裸金蝇耐寒能力较差。杭州地区观察的丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、棕尾别麻蝇、家蝇和巨尾阿丽蝇,总体发育历期总趋势与广州相似,但较广州地区表现出更好的耐寒性。结论本文所获数据可为相关地区实际案例的侦破提供依据或参考。 Objective The studied in Guangzhou and Hangzh developmental duration of the forensic important necrophagous flies were ou in order to provide basis data for the application of forensic entomology to determine the time of death in human death investigation. Methods The eggs of the forensic ally important species Lucilia sericata (Meigen), Chrysomyia megacephala (Fabrious), Achoetandrus rufifacies ( Macquart), Boettcherisca peregrina ( Robinean-Desvoidy), Musca domestica ( Linnaeus ) and Aldrichina grahami (Aldrichnia) were collected and reared under different constant temperature in Hangzhou and Guangzhou. and Method of intensive sampling was used to investigate the developmental duration of the eggs, larvae and pupae. Results In Guangzhou, the developmental duration of L. sericata, C. megacephala and A. rufifacies were shorter at higher temperature and longer at lower temperature. The cold-resistant capacity of C megacephala and A. rufifacies are poor. In Hangzhou, the general trend of developmental duration of L. sericata, C. megacephala, B. peregrina, M. domestica and A. grahami are similar to the observation in Guangzhou. But the flies have stronger cold-resistant capacity than Guangzhou. Conclusion Data obtained in this paper could provide the basis or reference for criminal detection in the relevant regions.
