外饰面干挂瓷砖现浇UF保温施工技术研究

Technology Research on Dry Hanging Exterior Facing Tiles Cast-in-situ UF Insulation Construction

针对外墙外保温高空高危作业、保温材料脱落、易燃等施工现状,介绍了一种采用H型铝合金挂件将外饰面瓷砖干挂到基层墙体上,使之与基层墙面之间形成空腔,然后浇筑A级不燃材料脲醛树脂(UF)发泡外墙外保温施工技术,施工操作工人在楼内完成外墙保温施工,杜绝了室外高空作业,极大提高了施工安全。

For the status quo such as exterior insulation high-risk operation,drop of thermal insulation materials,flammable construction,this paper introduced a kind of H type aluminum alloy to hang to dry the exterior facing tiles on the wall at the grassroots level in order to form a cavity between wall at the grassroots level and tiles,then pouring A-class non-combustible material urea-formaldehyde （UF） resin foam exterior insulation construction technology. It could let the construction operation workers finishing the building external wall insulation construction,put an end to the outdoor aerial work and greatly improved the construction safety.
