在麻醉学专业学位研究生中开展疼痛医学教育的探讨

Discussion on the Education of Pain Medicine Among the Anesthesiology Graduates Students

疼痛医学是一门基础教育与临床实践密切结合的新兴学科。目前该专业从业人员多来自从事临床麻醉的专业人员,因此将部分麻醉学专业学位研究生培养成为掌握疼痛理论和临床诊疗技术的专业疼痛医师,有助于促进我国疼痛医学学科的发展。通过分析当前麻醉专业学位研究生疼痛医学教育的现状和面临问题,提出应针对麻醉专业学位研究生开设专门的疼痛医学选修课程、进行有针对性的临床疼痛诊疗知识和技术的培训,加强疼痛医学的科学研究,使他们成长为未来从事疼痛医学专业领军人才。这些建议将极大推动疼痛专业人才培养,促进疼痛医学的发展。

Pain medicine is a new discipline which is established at the basis of multiple basic and clinical specialties. At present, most staffs who practiced in pain medicine are anesthesiologists. The morbidity of chronic pain is high in China and the pain physicians are scarce. to strengthen the education of pain medicine among the it helps to the development of pain medicine in China graduates majoring anesthesiology and cuhivate them to be the qualified pain physicians. Some suggestions and discussion such as present status, course education, clinical training and scientific activities were given by analyzing the characteristics and challenges of pain medicine education among the graduates majoring anesthesiology. These suggestions will deeply promote the professional cultivation of pain medicine, and accelerate pain medicine development.
