超声新技术评估2型糖尿病患者左心室功能早期改变研究进展

摘要 糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)是一种以高血糖、胰岛素绝对或相对不足、代谢紊乱等为特点的慢性代谢性疾病,其中90%为2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)[1]。DM的主要并发症及导致患者死亡的主要原因均是心脏病变,其是由心脏自主神经病变、代谢紊乱、微血管病变等多种因素导致的[2]。DM心脏病变的进程是由正常心功能至亚临床心功能异常,最后发展至临床症状明显的心力衰竭,但此时患者的疗效及预后均已不佳。
