摘要
在小试试验基础上,对合成低分子量聚丙烯酸钠分散剂进行了半吨级中试研究.结果表明,在反应温度80~90℃、引发剂用量4%(质量分数)、链转移剂用量1.8%~2.0%(质量分数)的条件下,聚丙烯酸钠的收率为95%~99%.同时考察了PAANa相对分子质量和用量对其分散性能的影响.
Based on the laboratory tests,the synthesis of low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate dispersant was carried out pilot-scale study of half a ton. Pilot test results show that under the condition of reaction temperature 80-90℃,initiator dosage of 4%(mass fraction),and chain transfer agent of 1.8%-2.0%(mass fraction),the yield of sodium polyacrylate was 95%-99%. The effect of the relative molecular weight and dosage of PAANa on the dispersion properties of the were also investigated.
