摘要
回顾了以河南省为核心的中原经济区2000—2013年13年间的发展状况及重建丝绸之路经济带构想的提出,以丝绸之路经济带建设为契机,全面分析了中原经济区在新的发展背景下对城镇体系规划的一些思考.从中心城市的发展规模,区域城市间的关联程度,特色产业的发展以及区域内部道路系统的完善程度等方面出发,提出了新的发展思路:推行郑汴洛一体化建设,形成区域经济核心增长极;在区域内部城市间形成组团式发展格局;发掘区域优势,形成对接欧亚的特色产业体系;完善区域内部道路系统,形成"米"字加"双环"形的道路格局.
The article looks back the recent development of Central Plains Economic Region that centered on Henan and the proposition of rebuilding the Silk Road Economic Belt. Based on the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt,the article provides a comprehensive analysis about the ideas of Central Plains Economic Region to urban system planning in the new development background. According to the development scale of central cities and characteristic industries,the connection of regional cities and the degree of perfection of regional road system, the new measures for development are presented. We should implement Zheng-Bian-Luo integrated construction to form the regional economic growth pole,and found group development patterns among regional inner cities. What’s more,we need to develop regional advantages to form the special industry system to butt joint Europe and Asia ,and improve road system in areas to build the star-shaped and dual rings road pattern.
