石油化工项目社会后评价研究

Study on Social Post-evaluation of Petrochemical Project

界定了石油化工项目后评价的涵义,构建了包括社会影响后评价、社会互适性后评价以及社会风险后评价3个准则24个指标的石油化工项目社会后评价指标体系,建立了基于层次分析法赋权的石油化工项目社会后评价的模糊综合评价模型.实例结果表明,该指标体系与评价方法适用、可行,有助于石油化工项目明晰其社会方面的不足和改进完善思路.

The meaning of social post-evaluation of petrochemical project is defined,and the evaluation index system is constructed,which includes three aspects,i.e.,social impact post-evaluation,social mutual adaptability post-evaluation and social risk post-evaluation,and 24 indicators. The weights of indicators are given by AHP method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. The result of an example shows that the index system and evaluation method are applicable and feasible,which can help petrochemical project clarify its social deficiency of and the improvement idea.
