贵州省交通气象服务分析评估

The Assessment of Meteorological Services for Transportation in Guizhou Province

基于贵州省气象服务中心开展的针对交通行业与社会公众的气象服务调查,对调查结果进行了分析评估。结果表明:交通从业人员对交通气象服务的重视程度明显高于社会公众;对于气象服务,交通从业人员和社会公众的满意率均达到80%;大多数人群对气象因子非常敏感,人们最为关注、最敏感的气象因子为道路结冰、雾和霾、强降雨、积雪,其中社会公众和交通从业人员的关注点和需求不太一致;社会公众和交通从业人员获取气象信息的渠道也有所区别;对于服务产品的形式,交通从业人员更为喜爱文字产品,而社会公众则倾向其他选择;交通从业人员关注交通预报的时间多为早晨和上午,而社会公众多为早晨与傍晚。

Based on the weather service survey of the transportation industry and the social public,conducted by Guizhou Province Meteorological Service Center,this paper evaluates the survey result.The results show that the degree of emphasis in transportation employees on traffic meteorological services is significantly higher than the general public.The satisfaction rate of transportation practitioners and the public with the meteorological services for transportation unanimously reached 80%.Most people are very sensitive to meteorological factors,the most concerned and sensitive meteorological factors are road icing,fog,haze,heavy rain and snow.The concern and request of the public and traffic practitioners is not consistent; the access to obtain weather information of the public and transportation practitioners is also somewhat different; as for the form of service products,transportation practitioners like the literal products,better than the public who tend to other choices.The transportation practitioners are concerned about traffic forecasts mostly in the morning,while the public did so mostly in the morning and at nightfall.
