摘要
与教育理论关涉是教育改革的本质属性,教育改革是教育理念、教育实践与教育文化间的相互转生。教育改革的本真逻辑是教育理论的衍射逻辑,而非实践自生逻辑与权利外控逻辑。好教育理论是有磁力的,它自身就是一股冲击波,能将理论的"波能"衍射到教育实践中去,引爆教育实践的变革。教育改革发生的关键链环是让教育理论在教育实践中"着床",助推教育理论在实践机体中的"内衍射"效应发生。教师播种理论、研究者带入理论与体制设计者嵌入理论是教育理论浸入教育实践的三大途径。
Correlation to educational theory constitutes essential attributes of educational reform,and any genuine edu-cational reform exists in reciprocal transformation among pedagogic ideas, instructional practice and educational culture. In educational reform,its essential logic of is diffraction logic of educational theory,rather than endogenous logic by educa-tion itself or extrocontrol logic by power. Every powerful educational theory has its magnetism and a kind of shock wave around,through which educational innovation is able to transmit the wave energy of educational theory to educational prac-tice and starts practical changes in education at last. The key link of educational reform exists in how to implant seeds of educational theory into practice with aim to facilitate internal diffraction of educational theory in the body of practice. Therefore seeding by teacher,delivering theory by researcher,and building theory in educational system constitute the three immersive paths for education theory into educational practice.
