摘要
探究"公民"的时代性意蕴是认清公民教育真容的前提。公民教育是一种共同体教育、资格教育与使命教育,借助妥当的教育形态来推进这三重教育重任是当代学校教育的使命与职能。学校公民教育的内涵是"造就公民的教育"。学校公民教育的路径是生活、制度与启蒙,其基本内容是心育与处世,其实存形态是泛公民教育。泛公民教育的优势在于其与学校生活与工作的内联性与交融性,在于其能够向公民一生与外围社会生活的可推衍性。
Exploring the meaning of“citizen”is the prerequisite of getting a clear idea of civic education,which is a kind of community education,qualification education and mission education. It is the mission and function of contemporary school education to promote the above three kinds of education by means of the proper education form. Life,system and enlightenment are the approaches to the school civic education,whose basic content is the psychological education and be-havior education and whose existence form is the universal citizen education. The advantages of universal citizen education lie in its internal connection and combination with school life and work, and its extension to citizens and the peripheral social life.
