螺杆钻具定子衬套收缩变形数值仿真方法

摘要 针对螺杆定子衬套热成型加工中冷却过程引起的橡胶衬套收缩问题进行研究,分析了影响衬套截面收缩变形的关键因素。在传统的线性收缩模型和自由收缩模型理论的基础上,提出了一种新的定子衬套收缩变形数值仿真方法,建立了能够准确模拟橡胶衬套收缩变形的仿真模型。采用三坐标测量仪获得的实例测量数据对建立的数值模型进行验证,并与传统收缩模型的计算结果进行误差对比分析。结果表明:建立的定子衬套收缩变形仿真模型计算得到的衬套廓线与实测廓线吻合情况较好,其误差大幅降低,具有良好的应用效果。 Aiming at the problem of rubber bushing’s shrinkage which caused by cooling process in thermoforming of screw stator bushing,through the analysis of the key factors affecting the bush-ing section’s shrinkage,based on the theory of traditional linear shrinkage model and free shrink-age model,this paper presents a new numerical simulation method,and establish the simulation model that can accurately simulate the shrinkage deformation of rubber bushing,then verify the numerical model by measurement data that are obtained by CMM.Compared with the convention-al shrinkage model,the results that computed by the simulation model established in this paper are much better agreement with the actual situation,it’s indicated that the error is greatly re-duced,thus it has good application effect.
