摘要
为解决井控装备制造厂在防喷器闸板体出厂检验和疲劳试验中的成本高、防喷器的拆装劳动强度大等问题,设计了闸板体万能试验台。该试验台结构简单,能够满足多种型号和压力等级的闸板体试验的要求。外壳和侧门采用销轴连接,拆装方便省力;在不同型号闸板体试验中,只需更换转换腔体和转换连接轴,最大程度上减少了试验成本。应用有限元分析方法对主要承压零件进行了强度校核,保证了试验台的安全性。该试验台的使用极大地提高了闸板体生产效率。
In order to solve the problems of capital to take up and high manpower for BOP assem-bly and disassembly for ram factory test and fatigue test,the omnipotent test rig is designed.Its structure is simple and it can meet the test requirements of different type and pressure grade ram. The body and the bonnet are assembled with lock bars to be easy for assembly and disassembly. When different type ram is tested,only conversion body and piston shaft are replaced,the cost is dramatically reduced.By using finite element simulation analysis,the pressure-containing parts are checked and the safety of test rig is secured.The design of the test rig increases the efficiency of ram manufacturing.
