摘要
海拉尔盆地属于低孔低渗的复杂断块油藏,平面、层间物性差异大,非均质性强,有效动用程度低。采用常规压裂工艺,难以满足高温高压要求;加砂规模小,改造强度低,难以建立有效驱动体系。通过对节流损失计算、流态模拟、室内油浸耐温承压试验以及现场试验,研发出适合海拉尔地层条件的直井不动管柱多段压裂技术及配套工具,包括大通径封隔器及胶筒、大通径水力锚的研制,实现大砂量、大排量的大规模压裂。现场应用30口井,实现大规模加砂,大排量施工,压后增产明显。
Hailar basin,with its property of low porosity and permeability,is complex fault block reservoir which is hardly recovered because of heterogeneity.Regular frac technology with ineffec-tive stimulation cannot meet the requirements of HPHT and high sand volume.To realize large-scale fracturing and to increase the well production and efficiency,by pressure calculation,flow state simulation and experiment indoor and site application,vertical well multi-stage fracturing without moving string in Hailar basin is developed.It has realized big scale fracturing with big sand volume and rate.Matched tools including big diameter packer and relevant rubber element, big diameter hydraulic anchor have been developed.The technology has been applied in 30 wells with obvious effect under the big sand volume and rate fracturing.
