深圳市光明新区2012—2013年小学生伤害监测结果分析

Analysis of the injury monitoring of primary school students from 2012 to 2013 in Guangming New District of Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市光明新区2012—2013年小学生伤害特征,为政府制定学校卫生政策与预防伤害的相应策略提供参考依据。方法调取深圳市光明新区2012—2013年小学生伤害监测系统信息报告卡,共监测小学生6 832名,用SPSS 13.0软件对监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2012—2013年深圳市光明新区小学生伤害发生率为7.64%,男生发生率为11.48%,明显高于女生(3.40%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=169.91,P<0.01)。伤害以跌倒/坠落伤最多(65.9%),伤害主要发生于娱乐玩耍(64.8%)和体育课(17.8%)时。2012年与2013年伤害时活动、伤害类型、伤害部位、伤害程度、伤害医疗费用构成比较差异均无统计学意义(χ2值分别为3.149,1.221,2.054,0.449,0.140,P值均>0.05)。结论深圳市光明新区小学生伤害现况依然严峻,加强学校伤害健康教育及运动伤害干预对于减少小学生伤害发生具有重要意义。

Objective To know the injury status of primary school students and to provide reference for student injury in- tervention of Guangming District of Shenzhen, and to provide scientific suggests to government for purpose of development relevant health policies. Methods 6 832 students were selected from Shenzhen primary and middle school student injury surveillance infor- mation system of the year 2012 to 2013,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results Injury incidence per academic year in Shenzhen Guangming District students were 7.64% from 2012 to 2013. It was more likely that injuries happened in boys （ 11.48% ） than in girls（ 3.40% ）. The main reason which caused injuries was falls or trips（65.9% ） , injuries occurred most frequent- ly when students were in playing （64.8%） and sports（ 17.8%） , contusions / abrasions was the main results which injuries caused （ 62.5% ）. There was no statistical significant difference in activity, injury typos, injury position, degree, medical expense. Conclu- sion In Shenzhen, the status of primary school student injury is serious,the very important strategies to reduce student injuries are injury education and interventions on sporting injuries at school.
