摘要
单边直圆形柔性铰链在结构上更紧凑、体积更小,本文提出了一种新型的基于单边直圆形柔性铰链的桥式机构,建立机构1/4结构的力学分析模型,并推导出该机构放大率的理论计算公式。为了验证公式,先采用有限元软件ANSYS仿真分析,再加工出实物进行测试。验证结果表明:理论计算值与有限元仿真值、实验测试值都非常吻合,误差分别为1.94%和4.84%,从而证明放大率理论计算公式的准确性。
Single-notch right circular flexure hinges have more compact structure and small size, this paper presents a novel bridge-type amplification mechanism based on single-notch right circular flexure hinges. The mechanics analysis model of the quarter structure of the bridge-type mechanism was established and the theoretical calculation formula of the magnification ratio for the mechanism was derived. In order to verify the calculation formula, the finite element simulation software ANSYS was adopted to carry out simulation analysis; then, an experiment prototype was manufactured and test was conducted. The verification results demonstrate that the theoretical calcula- tion result is agree well with both the FEM simulation and the experiment test resuhs, and the errors are 1.94% and 4.84% , respective- ly, which proves the accuracy of the proposed magnification ratio theoretical calculation formula.
