摘要
以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为主体、负离子粉为填料、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,制备了负离子LDPE泡沫塑料。对负离子LDPE泡沫塑料的负离子释放量、力学性能、泡孔结构、分散性进行了研究。结果表明,当负离子粉质量分数大于2%时,负离子LDPE泡沫塑料负离子释放量可超过1 500个/cm3,负离子粉质量分数在5%时负离子LDPE泡沫塑料综合性能最优。
Negative ions LDPE foam was prepared with LDPE as the main part, the negative ion powder as filler, and AC as foaming agent. Negative ions release, mechani- cal properties, cellular structures and dispersity of the negative ions LDPE foam were studied. The results show that the negative ions release of the negative ions I.DPE foam is more than 1 500 numbers/ cm3when the content of negative ions power is more than 2%. The comprehensive performance of the negative ions LDPE foam is optimal when the con- tent of negative ions power is 5%.
