摘要 通过极限氧指数(LOI)测定、垂直燃烧试验和锥形量热分析,研究了二丙基次膦酸铝(ADPP)对聚碳酸酯(PC)及PC/丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(PC/ABS,PC和ABS的质量比为70∶30)的阻燃作用。结果表明,ADPP对PC和阻燃PC/ABS具有良好的阻燃效果。当ADPP质量分数为10%时,阻燃PC的LOI为28.8%,阻燃等级达FV-0,当ADPP质量分数为15%时,阻燃PC/ABS的LOI为25.5%,阻燃等级也达FV-0,并且阻燃PC和阻燃PC/ABS的最高热释放速率和总热释放量明显降低,质量损失变慢。但热重分析结果表明,添加ADPP明显降低了PC和PC/ABS的热稳定性。 The flame-retardant effect of aluminium dipropylphosphinate(ADPP) in pol- ycarbonate (PC) and PC/aerylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer (PC/ABS,the mass ra- tio of PC to ABS being 70 : 30) was studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI) measure- ment, vertical burning test and cone calorimeter test (CCT). The results show that AD- PP has good flame-retardant effect in PC and PC/ABS. When the loading of ADPP is 10%, the LOI of the flame-retardant PC is 28.8% and the flame retarding class meets FV-0. When the loading of ADPP is 15%, the LOI of the flame-retardant PC/ABS is 25.5%,and the flame retarding class meets FV-0, and the maximum heat release rate and the total heat release of the flame-retardant PC and flame-retardant PC/ABS decrease sig- nificantly , and the mass decreases slowly. But the thermogravimetric results show that ADPP cuts down the thermal stability of PC and PC/ABS.
