摘要
情报保障已成为联合作战的焦点。为指导我军联合情报信息系统的建设,首先阐述了美军联合情报体系,研究了美军国防情报系统(DIE)和情报界(IC);其次,分析了情报信息技术系统(IC ITE)和国防情报信息系统(DI2E)计划,讨论了云计算、移动互联网和服务化等技术在情报信息系统建设中的作用;最后,给出了对我军情报信息系统建设的启示。
The intelligence insurance has become the focus of joint operations.In order to guide the construction of our joint intelligence information system,the U.S.military joint intelligence system is expounded.The U.S.defense intelligence enterprise(DIE)and intelligence community(IC)are studied.Then,roles of technologies,such as cloud computing,mobile internet and service-oriented architecture are discussed by analyzing the intelligence community information technology enterprise(IC ITE)and defense intelligence information enterprise(DI2E)plan.Finally,some implications for the construction of our joint intelligence system are given.
