摘要
目的:研究锡叶藤Tetracera asiatica地上部分的化学成分.方法:采用正、反向硅胶色谱、凝胶Sephadex LH-20以及HPLC制备等多种技术进行分离纯化,并通过化合物的波谱数据及理化性质鉴定其结构.结果:从锡叶藤的体积分数为95%乙醇提取物中进一步分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为原花色素A2(1)、香草酸(2)、丁香酸(3)、阿魏酸(4)、对香豆酸(5)、没食子酸(6)、没食子酸甲酯(7)、3-甲氧基没食子酸(8)、原儿茶酸甲酯(9)、根皮苯乙酮(10)、羽扇豆醇(11)、桦木酸(12)、β-胡萝卜苷(13).结论:除桦木酸(12)和β-胡萝卜苷(13)外,其他均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.
Aim: To study the chemical compounds in Tetracera asiatica( Lour.) Hoogland. Methods: Normal phase silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatographies and HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds. And the structures of the obtained compounds were identified by their spectroscopic data and physical properties. Results: Twelve compounds were separated and purified from the alcoholic extract of Tetracera asiatica( Lour.) Hoogland. They were identified to be procyanidin A2( 1),vanillic acid( 2),syringic acid( 3),ferulic acid( 4),p-hydroxycinnamic acid( 5),gallic acid( 6),methyl gallate( 7),3-methoxygallic acid( 8),protocatechuic acid methyl ester( 9),phloracetophenone( 10),lupeol( 11),betulinic acid( 12),β-daucosterol( 13). Conclusion: Apart from betulinic acid( 12) and β-daucosterol( 13),others are obtained from this plant for the first time.
