摘要
本文介绍了原油储罐检测结果,通过对储罐污水、外底板腐蚀产物、罐基础沥青砂等的化验分析,确定了污水的总矿化度高、腐蚀性强,是罐底板腐蚀的主要原因,明确了对罐底板更换大修方案,提出添加缓蚀剂等建议。
A crude oil storage tank in western China was observed to undergo server corrosion after regular open tank inspection. In order to find out the corrosion causes, various investigations and analysis were carried out in laboratory. The test results of oilfield produced water, corrosion products, and bitumen sand showed that high total dissolved solid and corrosivity of oilfield produced water is the main cause of tank bottom plate corrosion.
