摘要
本文介绍了钢制管道焊口内壁防腐堆焊层微观组织分析方案,通过对防腐堆焊层、熔合区及母材一侧的微观组织进行分析和硬度分布测定,得出钢制管道焊口内堆焊防腐技术应用于管道焊口内壁防腐补口课题的可行性结论。
In this paper, the microstructure analysis method of the inner wall of the steel pipe welding seam is introduced, Through the microstructure analysis and hardness distribution measurement of corrosion resistant surfacing layer and fusion zone and base metal side,come to the feasibility conclusion of draw steel pipeline welding in welding application of anticorrosive technology applied in pipeline welding seam corrosion protection of inner wall of complement export project.
