浅谈大型立式钢制储罐内防腐施工

Introduction on Anticorrosion Construction for the Inner Wall of Large Vertical Steel Tank

大型立式钢制储罐是我国国家战略石油储备的核心设施,对防腐性有着严格的要求。其内防腐施工属于有限空间内作业,所需要考虑的因素较多,对施工的工序及施工安全有特有的要求。为确保大型立式钢制储罐内防腐施工的质量及安全,本文从施工准备、涂装施工前的附属施工工作及内防腐施工三方面分别进行了介绍,希望对大型立式钢制储罐内防腐施工具有指导意义。

Large vertical steel tank is the core facility of China's national strategic oil reserves, whose anticorrosion is very strict. Anticorrosion construction for the inner wall of large vertical steel tank works within the limited space. Many factors must consider, and construction process and safety exists specific requirements. In order to ensure quality and safety of anticorrosion construction for the inner wall of large vertical steel tank, preparation for construction, auxiliary construction before coating and inner wall anticorrosion are introduced respectively in this paper. We hope it is useful to anticorrosion construction for the inner wall of large vertical steel tank.
