摘要
根据伊拉克哈法亚油田采出液的性质,对原油处理系统内腐蚀因素进行了分析,提出了管道及设备材质选择、缓蚀剂及投加点设置、阴极保护技术、在线监测技术、工艺改进等方面的防护措施,并着重分析了缓蚀剂投加位置设置的要点和工艺改进对减缓腐蚀的影响。
according to the character of well production of Halfaya oilfield, analyzed the corrosion element inside the process system, submitted the corrosion protective methods, including material selection, corrosion inhibitor, cathodic protection, corrosion monitor, and process improvement, highlighted the importance of process improvement and injection point of inhibitor.
