介绍了交流电位梯度法原理及检测步骤、注意事项,通过对某炼油装置地下钢质管道外防腐层进行检测分析,证明交流电位梯度法是掌握管道运行情况、及时发现防腐层破损点、综合评价管道防腐层状况、加强管道防腐层维护、保证管道安全平稳运行的有效方法。
The mechanisms and detection step of alternating current voltage gradient are introduced. Through analysis on detection of external corrosion for buried steel pipeline. It could be concluded from the result that ACVG was feasible to detection of external corrosion and ensure the safety for buried steel pipeline.
