With the development of economic construction and the deepening of the market economy in our country,the reform of stateowned asset management has begun. The reform of state-owned assets,management issues of township idle state assets in the new period have appeared gradually. Thus,multiple countermeasures as management system,means of supervision,quality of management team,and office informatization should be considered in the process of standardized management and reform.
