实现教学自主在教师自身方面的四个决定性因素

摘要 实现教学自主符合教育规律,也是学校教育发展的要求。实现教学自主,从教师自身方面来说有四个决定性因素:职业道德修养、文化修养、教育教学能力和人格修养。其中,职业道德修养是前提,文化修养是核心,教育教学能力是关键,人格修养是保障。教师必须准确把握教学自主的内涵,充分认识这一学校教育发展趋势,结合自身实际和自身所处的教育环境,作出相应的转变,切实提高自身能力和修养。只有这样,才能适应学校教育发展的需要。 Teaching autonomy not only conforms to the law of education but also is the demand of the development of school education.To realize teaching autonomy,there are four decisive factors on teachers’ part: professional ethics accomplishment,cultural accomplishment,education and teaching ability and personality accomplishment. Among them,professional ethics accomplishment is the premise,cultural accomplishment is the core,education and teaching ability is the key,personality accomplishment is the guarantee. Teachers must grasp the connotations of teaching autonomy accurately,understand the development trend of school education fully and make corresponding changes to improve their own abilities and accomplishments. These changes must conform to their own situations and their education environments. Only in this way can teachers adapt to the needs of the school education development.
