摘要
基于ABAQUS/Stand中的非线性分析,研究了冲压过程中各个冲压参数对冲压时所产生的应力和PEEQ(塑性累计变形)的影响,从而优化了冲压参数,提高了冲压件的质量.
Stamping is a process of machine shaping,in which force is applied on thin-walled blank to make its plastic deformation and separation through a die,and stamping process is involved with geometrical nonlinearity and material nonlinearity. The quality and precision of stamping parts mainly depends on the parameters of stamping die and stamping speed. Although stamping is a dynamic process,this issue is concerned with static stress and strain in the process of stamping rather than transient impact response. In this paper,based on the nonlinear analysis of ABAQUS / Stand,the influence of different stamping parameters on stress and PEEQ in stamping process has been studied,thereby optimizing stamping parameters to improve the quality of stamping parts.
