发输电经济及电网安全的综合优化建模方法 被引量:11

摘要 由于缺乏全程量化及单调的电网安全性指标,传统的经济发电优化模型中,一般将安全性作为不等式约束条件,无法同时对电网安全性进行优化。研究发现,电网的映射弹性势能不但可以作为电网安全性的定量指标,当线路阻抗比相差不大时,其变化还与主网的网损变化同趋,且在线路负载率均衡时趋于最小;将其纳入经济发电优化模型的目标函数,可解决发输电经济性和电网安全性综合优化的问题。IEEE39节点系统算例验证了该综合优化模型的适用性。研究对主网的运行与规划具有现实意义。 Due to the lack of full quantified and monotonic grid security index, the grid security as inequality constraints cannot be optimized simultaneously in traditional economic power generation optimization models. The study found that the grid mapping elasticity potential energy not only can be used a grid security quantitative index, its change trend is also consistent with the grid power loss whenR/X of lines are less difference, and tends to be minimal when the lines load rate is balanced. Moreover, taken the grid mapping elasticity potential energy into consideration of the objective function of optimization model, it can achieve integrated optimization of generation economy, transmission economy and grid security. IEEE 39-bus system examples show the applicability of the integrated optimization model. The researches have practical implications to main power grid operation and planning.
