摘要
为有效解决由《不让一个孩子落后法案》实施带来的基础教育师资方面存在的问题,近年来,美国政府注重理念革新,高度重视优秀师资的作用,进一步强化师资招募,加大优秀教师的奖励力度,注重强化教师职后培训,通过多措施并举,实现了美国基础教育师资结构的新优化,促进了教育的初步复苏,对我国基础教育师资建设具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
To effectively solve the implementation of the act of no child left behind, that is teachers of elementary education, in recent years, the U.S. government innovate their idea, playing the active role of the excellent teachers, to strengthen the faculty recruitment, enhancing the reward to excellent teachers. Meanwhile, they strengthen teachers' post-job training. Through these measures, the U.S. government has optimized the structure of elementary education teachers, promoting and developing the elementary year by year. This can be a reference to the teachers construction of the elementary education in our country
