摘要
针刺是目前最常用的生产非织造布的方法。针刺非织造布的黏合程度与刺针密度、针刺深度,以及针与纤维的性能有关。在这些参数中,针刺密度对非织造布的许多性能都有很大的影响,其对于织物的质量与针织机的产量而言都是至关重要的。保持其他参数不变,分别采用72、96和120针/cm2这3种针刺密度生产聚丙烯针刺非织造布。试验所用的聚丙烯纤维长51 mm,线密度为0.33 tex。利用Minitab统计软件对试验数据进行分析,结果表明针刺密度对针刺非织造布的性能有显著影响。进一步讨论了该课题研究成果的应用。
Needle punching is by far the most versatile and commonly used method of bonding of nonwovens. In needle punched nonwovens the extent of bonding depends upon punch density, depth of needle penetration, needle characteristics and fiber characteristics. Out of all these parameters, punch density broadly affects many of the nonwovens properties; and particularly one critical parameter as it affects the quality of a fabric as well as productivity of needle loom. The experiment was carried out on polypropylene (PP) needle punched nonwovens at 3 different punch densities viz. 72, 96 and 120 punches/cm^2 keeping all other parameters constant. PP fiber of 51 mm length and 0.33 tex fineness was used for this experiment. Results were analyzed using Minitab statistical software. Results showed that significant difference among the properties at different punch densities. The implications of studies were discussed further in this paper.
