战略性新兴企业商业模式演化机理研究——基于新技术驱动力视角

Research on the Evolution Mechanism of Business Model of Strategic Emerging Enterprise

基于技术创新和价值理论,构建了战略性新兴企业商业模式概念模型,通过对商业模式创新过程因果关系进行分析,选择资源整合能力和盈利能力两个序参量,运用耗散结构理论揭示了战略性新兴企业商业模式的演变过程,认为商业模式演化分为3个阶段,即培育阶段、自我完善阶段和转型阶段,针对每一阶段的特征提出实现商业模式创新的对策建议,可为战略性新兴企业商业模式创新提供参考和借鉴。

Business model innovation is one of the key elements for the development of strategic emerging industry,the research on the evolution mechanism of the business model is the theoretical basis for innovating business model. This paper, based on the theories of technology innovation and value,builds the conceptual framework of business model of strategic e- merging enterprises, analyses the causal relationship of business model innovation process which is driven by new technology, selects ＂resource integration ability＂ and ＂profitability＂ two order parameters. By using the dissipative structure theo- ry,this paper expounds the evolution process o{ business model of the strategic emerging enterprises,defines three stages of business model evolution process： the cultivation stage, the self-improvement stage and the transition stage. According to the characteristics of the each stage, this paper puts forward the ways to realize business model innovation to provide the theoretical reference and practical guide for business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises.
