管理创新对企业创新贡献的定量研究

The Quantitative Analysis on Contribution of Management Innovation to Enterprise Innovation

构建了管理创新对企业创新效益贡献的定量测算模型,并引入多项式分布滞后模型和半参数回归模型提高了测算模型的解释力。在利用A公司数据验证模型有效性和可靠性的基础上,测算了通用设备制造行业10家上市公司管理创新对企业创新效益的贡献度。结果表明,在不考虑技术创新和管理创新交互作用对企业创新效益影响的前提下,对于存在创新效益的通用设备制造行业上市公司而言,管理创新对企业创新效益的贡献高于技术创新对企业创新效益的贡献。

The research construct a quantitative calculation model of the contribution of management innovation to enterprise innovation benefits. In order to improve the effective explanatory of calculation model, lead polynomial distributed lags model and semi-parametric regression model into calculation model. On the basis of the model＇s validity and reliability which is verified by the data of company A, the research calculate the contribution of management innovation to enterprise innovation benefits of ten listed companies of the general equipment manufacturing industry. The research results show that the having innovation benefits listed companies of the general equipment manufacturing industry , the contribution of management innovation to enterprise innovation benefits is higher than the contribution of technological innovation to en- terprise innovation benefits, under the hypothesis that there is no consideration of the interaction effects between technological innovation and management innovation on innovation benefits.
