28例腹腔镜胃旁路手术治疗2型糖尿病临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 总结腹腔镜胃旁路手术(LRYGB)治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效.方法 分析和随访28例LRYGB治疗T2DM患者的临床资料,观察手术前后空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数等指标变化.结果 28例患者术后1个月内空腹血糖均明显下降,葡萄糖耐量明显增强.13例术后随访6个月,血糖均在正常范围,无需药物辅助.全部患者糖尿病相关并发症均有不同程度缓解.结论 LRYGB治疗T2DM近期疗效明显,长期效果有待观察. Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGB) surgery on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 28 LRYGB patients were analyzed and followed-up,the fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index,glycosylated hemoglobin,body mass index change were observed before and after the operation.Results The blood glucose of 28 patients reduced significantly within 1 month after the operation,and glucose tolerance improved.Thirteen patients were followed-up for 6 months,the blood glucose was in normal range,without medication.Diabetes-related complications had varying degrees of relief.Conclusions LRYGB in treatment of T2DM has good short-term result,but the long-term outcome needs further observation.
