紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌

Effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin on advanced esophageal cancer

目的 评价紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床效果.方法 选取2012年2月至2014年2月于南阳市中心医院接受治疗的晚期食管癌患者120例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组60例.对照组给予5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗方案,观察组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗方案,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果,统计两组患者化疗后不良反应的发生率.结果 观察组完全缓解7例,部分缓解29例,稳定19例,总有效率为60.0％,明显优于对照组的21.7％,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组消化道反应、过敏、心脏毒性、关节酸痛及脱发发生率均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 对晚期食管癌患者采用紫杉醇联合顺铂方案治疗有效率高,且不良反应发生率较低,患者生存质量高,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Paclitaxel combined cisplatin on advanced esophageal cancer.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with advanced esophageal cancer from February 2012 to February 2012 were chosen for treatment as the research objects according to random number table method,patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.with 60 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with 5-fluorouracil combine with cisplatin treatment,patients in observation group were treated with paclitaxel plus cisplatin.The clinical effects and the incidences of adverse reaction after chemotherapy of the two groups were compared.Results In the observe group,complete remission in 7 cases,partial remission in 29 cases,stable of 19 cases,the total effective rate was 60.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group （21.7%）,there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）.The digestive tract,allergic reaction,the incidence of cardiac toxicity,joint pain and loss of hair of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Paclitaxel combine with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer has high efficiency and lower incidence of adverse reactions,and the patient＆#39; s quality of life is high,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
