臀肌筋膜松解联合臀大肌止点肌腱“Z”字延长术治疗重度臀肌挛缩症

Treatment of severe gluteal muscle contracture by gluteal muscle release combined with＆#39; z-shaped＆#39; lengthening

目的 探讨臀肌筋膜松解联合臀大肌止点肌腱“Z”字延长术治疗重度臀肌挛缩症的治疗效果.方法 2009年6月至2012年6月收治重度臀肌挛缩症患者20例,均行臀肌筋膜松解联合臀大肌止点肌腱“Z”字延长术,通过对患者术后随访,探讨该手术方式治疗重度臀肌挛缩症临床价值.结果 20例患者均随访1～3年,平均2年.优15例,良4例,可1例,差0例.手术优良率为95％.结论 臀肌筋膜松解联合臀大肌止点肌腱“Z”字延长术是治疗重度臀肌挛缩症较为理想的方法之一.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of gluteal muscle release combined with ＆quot;z-shaped＆quot; lengthening on severe gluteal muscle contracture（GMC）.Methods From June 2009 to June 2012,20 patients with severe GMC were treated by gluteal muscle release combined with ＆#39; z-shaped＆#39; lengthening.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results Twenty patients were followed up for 1-3 years （average 2 years）.Excellent in 15 cases,good in4 cases,and less good in 1 case.The excellent and good rate was 95%.Conclusions The method of gluteal muscle release combined with ＆#39; z-shaped＆#39; lengthening is one of the best approaches for the severe GMC.
