三维DSA技术在颅内血管性病变介入诊疗中的应用价值

Application value of three-dimensional DSA technology in interventional diagnosis and treatment of intracranial vascular lesions

目的 探讨三维数字减影全脑血管造影技术在颅内血管性病变介入诊疗中的应用效果.方法 指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床医学影像检查医师完成所有患者DSA、三维DSA检查工作,记录其DSA、三维DSA检查结果.结果 分析90例颅内血管性病变患者的临床资料可知,经三维DSA技术检出率高达100.00％,显著高于DSA技术（90.00％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对颅内血管性病变患者给予三维DSA检查可显著提高诊断正确率,有利于患者尽快获得治疗,保障其疗效及预后,降低致残率及致死率.

Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional digital subtraction cerebral angiography techniques on interventional diagnosis and treatment of intracranial vascular lesions.Methods The specified clinical medical imaging examination doctors with professional knowledge and rich experience completed DSA,three-dimensional DSA inspection work in all patients,and the DSA,three-dimensional DSA test results were recorded.Results Through analysis of 90 cases of intracranial vascular lesions,the detection rate of three-dimensional DSA technology was up to 100.00%,which was significantly higher than the detection rate of DSA technology（90.00%）,there was significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Three-dimensional DSA for patients with intracranial vascular lesions,can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy,help patients get treatment as soon as possible to ensure its efficacy and prognosis,and reduce morbidity and mortality.
