Various metabolic syndrome indexes analysis of different aric acid levels populations

目的 研究不同尿酸水平人群的各种代谢综合征指标.方法 选取河南五建医院2011年1月至2014年1月通过调查问卷、实验室检测、体格检查所获取的60例的资料,根据其尿酸浓度的四分位数和性别分为四组其测量指标有总胆固醇、尿酸、血糖等.结果 男性四组间体质量指数、收缩压、舒张压、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,女性四组的以上指标和血糖比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,不同血尿酸水平的代谢综合征患病率不同（P＜0.05）.结论 血尿酸与体质量指数、脂代谢紊乱、血压的关系密切,降低尿酸可以有效预防代谢综合征.

Objective To investigate the various metabolic syndrome indexes of different uric acid levels populations.Methods In our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 through questionnaires,laboratory tests,physical examination of 60 cases of people to acquire information,according to the uric acid concentration quartiles and sex were divided into four groups,the measurement indicators including total cholesterol,uric acid,glucose and so on.Results There were significant diffenences of male among the four groups in BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum total cholesterol,glycerin glycerol （P 〈 0.05）;there were significant differences of women among the four groups in the above indexes and blood glucose （P 〈 0.05）,the incidences of metabolic syndrome of patients with different uric acid levels were different （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Serum uric acid are closely correlated with body mass index,lipid metabolism,and blood pressure,lowering uric acid may be effective on preventing metabolic syndrome.
