利用ABC分析法对某院2011-2013年门诊药品使用情况的分析

Analysis of Drugs Utilization of Outpatient Pharmacy in a Hospital from 2011 to 2013 by ABC Analysis Method

目的:分析2011-2013年我院门诊药品使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用ABC分析法对门诊药品使用的品种数和金额进行统计分析,并重点分析A类药品的使用情况。结果:2011-2013年门诊A类药品34种(11.37%),金额1 574.60万元(74.63%);B类药品46种(15.38%),金额378.48万元(17.94%);C类药品219种(73.24%),金额156.68万元(7.43%)。A类药品主要集中在中成药(866.99万元,55.06%),抗菌药物(358.63万元,22.78%),呼吸系统用药(131.63万元,8.36%)和影响免疫功能药物(67.26万元,4.27%),4类药品金额占A类药品总金额的90.47%。6种A类药品在3年中的金额排序有较大变化。结论:我院门诊药品结构以儿童用药为主,A类药物中的儿童药品使用基本符合儿内科常见病的药物治疗特点,个别药物应加强管理,以促进合理用药,妇科、眼科等科室用药有待进一步调查分析。

Objective： To investigate the drug utilization data in a hospital outpatient pharmacy from 2011 to 2013, and providing references for rational use of drugs. Methods： By using ABC analysis method, drug utilization data of varieties and consumption sum in our hospital were analyzed statistically. The usage of class A drugs was mainly analyzed. Results： From 2011 to 2013, there were 34 class A drugs accounting for 11.37%, the consumption sum of which was 15. 7460 million Yuan accounting for 74.63%. There were 46 class B drugs accounting for 15.38%, the consmnption sum of which was 3. 7847 million Yuan accounting for 17.94%. There were 219 class C drugs accounting for 73.24%, the consumption sum of which was 1. 5668 million Yuan accounting for 7.43%. The top 4 types of class A drugs in consumption sum were Chinese patent medicine, antibacterial drugs, respiratory system drugs and immune system drugs, the consumption sum of which was 8. 6699 million Yuan, 3. 5863 million Yuan, 1. 3163 million Yuan and 0.6726 million Yuan, accounting for 55.06%, 22.78% , 8.36% and 4.27%, respectively. The consumption sum of the top 4 types of drugs accounted for 90.47%. Six class A drugs changed obviously on the hst of consumption sum. Conclusion： Outpatient pharmacy in our hospital mainly supplies children＇ s use of drugs. Drug utilization in our hospital was basically in accordance with drug therapeutic characteristics of pediatric diseases. However, individual drugs were used abnormal, further management should be taken to intervene so as to promote rational drug use.
