A Study on GP Polymeric Dental Adhesive Material Part 1.Dentin Adhesive Material

GP口腔高分子粘接材料是根据人牙体组织的结构特性,提出的一种含磷酸酯复合型的牙体粘接材料。本文仅报道 GP 牙本质粘接材料。这种材料合成工艺成熟、稳定,性能可靠,粘接抗张强度大(16.5MPa),生物学检测表明符合临床安全使用要求,临床试用效果良好。

GP dentin adhesive material was composed of GP surface treating agents and GP bon-ding agents containing phosphate adhesive monomer.The authors adopted the method of act-ivating the surface of dentin based on the structural character of human dentin,whichsatisfied the physiological needs and had biologic significance.The results in vitro showed:(1)the synthesis processes were simple and stable,(2)the tensile bond strength to dentinreached 16.5MPa.The biologic tests indicated that GP dentin adhesive material had goodbiocompatibility,and obtained good results in clinical usage.
