帕金森健康操对帕金森患者运动功能障碍的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨帕金森健康操对帕金森患者运动功能的影响。方法将42例患者分为试验组和对照组,对照组按神经内科常规治疗和护理;试验组在常规治疗和护理的基础上进行帕金森健康操训练,每周5次,共4周。训练前后对PD患者的PD Berg平衡量表评分(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)和室内平地45m折返行走能力评定的变化及影响。结果训练4周后,两组患者的PD Berg平衡量表评分均有改善,试验组提高(4.9±3.3)分,对照组提高(0.3±1.6)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者室内平地45m折返行走能力评定,试验组提高(2.5±4.1)分,对照组提高(0.3±1.6)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕金森健康操对PD患者步行及平衡能力的改善有一定的疗效。
