个性化护理对宫颈癌患者情绪状态变化情况的影响分析

Impact analysis of individual nursing on mood status of patients with cervical cancer

目的研究分析个性化护理对宫颈癌患者情绪状态变化情况的影响。方法选择2010年3月至2012年12月在我院接受化疗等方案治疗的宫颈癌患者72例作为研究对象。根据数字法随机分成观察组及对照组各36例。对照组患者给予常规的护理措施,观察组患者在此基础上给予个性化护理,对比两组护理前后的情绪状态变化情况,两组护理前后情绪状态分级,以及两组护理前后生活质量情况。结果两组护理后的SAS及SDS评分等情绪状态均有所改善,但观察组的改善幅度显著大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实施护理前,两组焦虑及抑郁情绪状态的分级相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实施护理后,观察组的焦虑及抑郁情绪状态的分级显著好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护理后的总体生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为宫颈癌患者实施个性化护理,能够较好地帮助其改善不良情绪状态,提高生活质量,效果较好,值得推荐。

Objective To study the impact of individual nursing on mood status of patients with cervical cancer. Methods During March 2010 and December 2012,72 cases of cervical cancer patients received chemotherapy treatment in our hospital were chose as the research object. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing measures. However,patients in observation group were given individualized nursing on the basis of this.The emotional state changes of the two groups,emotional state classification and quality of life both at before and after nursing were compared. Results After the nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were improved,what＇s more the observation group improved significantly more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Before the implementation individual nursing,anxiety and depression status classification of the two groups had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. After the implementation of grading nursing,anxiety and depression state of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The score of overall life quality of observation group was significantly higher than the control group after the implementation of individual nursing,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The implementation of personalized nursing for patients with cervical cancer, can help improve bad mood state and the quality of life, the effect is good, worthy of recommendation.
