摘要
目的:为探讨PET/CT全身显像采集时间与重建方法之间的组合对图像质量的影响,从而在采集时间和重建方法之间的组合中寻找出最佳的方法。方法:选择50~60岁的病人10例行全身18F-FDG PET/CT显像,利用不同的PET采集时间和图像重建方法之间的组合,最终获得16组图像。由经验丰富的高年资医生对这些图像进行盲评打分,根据评分高低判断图像质量。最后利用统计学方法进行对比分析,最终获得PET采集时间和图像重建之间的最佳组合。结果:采集时间越长,其图像质量越好;且一定程度的图像平滑重建可提高图像质量。结论:90 s Smooth、90 s Smooth A组合可获得高质量图像。
Objective To find out the best combination of the whole-body imaging collecting time and reconstruction method of PET/CT. Methods: 10 patients aged from 50 to 60 years were chosen to proceed the whole-body PET/CT imaging,with different collecting time and reconstruction method and finally , 16 set of images were obtained. Experienced doctors were asked to make the blind assessment scoring to determine the image quality. ResultsThe longer the collecting time,the better the quality of recons tructed image,and proper recons truction method can improve image quality. Conclusion 90 s Smooth, and 90 s SmoothA are the best combination to get high quality images.
