220 kV newly-built substation investment economic analysis

从建设费角度出发,以中国南方电网公司220 kV变电工程标准设计和典型造价V1.0版为依据,结合目前比较常用的三种不同配电装置形式的220 kV新建变电站投资情况,分析了不同配电装置形式的220 kV新建变电站各项费用投资构成,分析了站址条件相关的费用对配电形式选择的影响,并分析了主变容量的选择对变电站投资及投入产出的影响,为今后220 kV新建变电站工程投资决策提供重要参考决策依据。

From the angle of the construction fee, based on the standard design and typical cost V1.0 of 220 kV substation project in China Southern Power Grid, combining the new-built 220 kV substation investment situation of the three different distribution equipment that was widely used in the form, this paper analyzed the investment expenses composition of different distribution equipment forms of 220 kV new-built substation and the influence of the relative expenses concerned with the site conditions to the choice of the form of distribution equipment, and analyzed the influence of the choice of the transform capacity to the substation input and output, all of these would provide important references for the next new 220 kV substation project investment decision- making.
