摘要
对海绵城市的水分特征与力学特征进行了研究,分析了建设海绵城市的意义,提出了对雨水径流的源头实施减控、建立滞流量控制设施的调控系统、健全组织机构等海绵城市的建设路径,以保护水资源,防治水污染。
The thesis studies the moisture characteristics and mechanical characteristics of cavernous city, analyzes the meaning of building cav- ernous city, and puts forward cavernous city construction methods, such as reducing and controlling rainfall runoff, establishing adjustment system of runoff control equipment, and establishing organization mechanism, with a view to protect water resources and to prevent water pollution as well.
