The paper systematically analyzes building conditions, building design properties, unfavorable fire-protecting evacuation factors and solving measures of Central Arts library and new Tianjin library, and summarizes matters needing attention in fire-protecting evacuation design of public cultural building, with a view to effectively solve building safety evacuation problems.
