This paper analyzed the importance of building water supply and drainage construction quality from residents life, fire safety, energy saving three aspects, researched the pipe blockage, leakage, water supply and poor water pressure and other problems, and put forward the meas- ures to prevent and control of building water supply and drainage quality common fault, in order to give full play to the function of drainage system.
